So, let us talk about vision when I talk about the vision the guy that always comes to my mind is Elon Musk and he has been so incredibly visionary for a portfolio of companies not just SpaceX but Tesla and SolarCity as well. But this is how this guy thinks, look at the quote here

You know that is what SpaceX is about and it is fascinating the huge vision and often time the thing with the vision is that you have to be careful that it’s not too lofty and is credible. But I firmly believe this the guy wants to solve this because this is what he is doing every day and is doing an incredible job. I watched each of the launches and drops and I wanted them to stick it this time not just because it is going to save money and time but because we will be one step closer to becoming an interplanetary species. So, that’s a big vision and that is something incredibly aspirational and that’s what establishing a vision is all about.
