Uzio is hCentive’s SaaS-based online marketplace, that serves as a self-service portal for small and mid-sized businesses, relieving them of tracking business process and administrative activities related to employee benefits, HR and payroll. It peaked with 30,000 plus users,15,000-page views per month and $10 million in premium processed per day. Below are my accomplishments in this role:

Led product team of twenty-five (four business analysts, five members of quality assurance, fifteen developers and one UI/UX designer) and revamped software development processes, implementing two-week code sprints, quarterly releases, agile methodologies, video scrum, and retrospect meetings
